Transparency is important to us, so we want to briefly explain why. During our time on Kickstarter, we faced persistent issues with a high volume of spam messages disguised as backer inquiries and troubling instances of bad-faith pledges. Managing these problems required significant effort, detracted from our ability to connect with genuine supporters like you, and created operational hurdles.
To ensure we can run the campaign effectively and focus our energy on delivering The Last Ark, we decided a platform change was necessary. We believe Indiegogo will offer a better environment for us moving forward.
